Hello N,
We wanted to let you know that there are thousands of new ’Instant Spots’ live in the app since yesterday.
To conduct one, simply activate the Instant Spot Alerts, be found by one of those Spots during your everyday shopping, follow the message on your phone to conduct our short survey, and receive your reward!
Here’s how you can activate the Instant Spot Alerts if you have an iPhone or if you have an Android phone.
If you have questions about the Instant Spot Alerts, simply email us.
Cheers,
Your Streetspotr Team

So.. these are basically hidden spots that may or may not popup after shopping at a particular place. They're surveys but hidden on the map. The setup instructions advise to set location to 'always' which is a defo battery drainer on iPhone.. I don't know about Android but suspect the same. I'm just wondering if anyone has come across any of these instant spots? It would be nice to know which stores have the surveys. I'll be going to my local high street today. If I spot any, I'll post back. They're most likely to be in the centre though tbh.
They don't go down AFAIK they just seem to vary.. tonight I have tried 3 (each one getting nabbed just as I got there!! Grr) one was £10 one £7 & one £6 ...now on way to another £6 one )hoping it is still there when I get there lol)Tuliplady said:I've not had the email.
I did a feminine hygiene visit on Monday and then the same visit in two different stores today for a lesser fee. Does the fee go down after a couple of days?
Couldn't you get a signal outside the store? you only really need to be online to prove that your actually there, You can still do the task offline, then upload it when you have signalspike241 said:I tried to do one of the Tesco kitchen roll ones but the instore wifi wouldn't work and I had no mobile signal.
Rumcake said:I managed to find one of those hidden tasks in Streetspotr. They appear to be in supermarkets and drugstores. One popped up on my phone for Boots. I didn't complete as the message popped up after I had left and I didn't want to go back. Maybe worth hanging about a bit if you shop at one of those. It's seems you can earn 100 streetpoints and progress onto a paid task.
