Tried streetspotr but deleted app as nearest task was 93 miles away and there only seemed to be 3 on the UK map,but hundreds across the channel, hopefully lots more UK ones will pop up.
Yeah, this is my experience also. Only ever 2 spots in the whole of the UK when I check the app.

When the jobs come on, they certainly come on though. I've made hundreds of pounds with streetspotr this year and I have a bit of a soft 'spot' for them. Their customer service is great, Robin is really approachable and I often get asked to test spot before they go live to make sure they're easy to do.

Apparently there's a new update on the app from yesterday with a few new features, my iPhone didn't tell me about it!! Might be worth checking the updates section of the App Store if you haven't updated it automatically.

The pay seems good on streetspotr, just wish some jobs would come along around me. The nearest currently is a whole city away :(

Streetspotr can have some good jobs, but a word of caution, I would not travel just to do one of their jobs, I have had all my latest jobs rejected for reasons that are beyond petty... An example was to do a photo job in Asda which included a pic of the Aisle... top to bottom, you had to get the top and bottom in, in every one this was impossible to do (you would need the opposite aisle to be removed to get far back enough to get the shot) and even though you can get every shelf in, they still reject. I feel they are taking the p**s a bit here, am sure they will still pass on the data to client, but you get nothing. This has happened to many people I know, That's not to say all the jobs are like this, I have had ones accepted too, but, most get rejected.. Worth doing if you are near the task and don't bother too much if it gets rejected.

That's frustrating - I've never had any problems with this sort of problem in streetspotr. I have had my suspicions for awhile though that they aren't financially 'stable'. The previous few tasks that were on the app took a long time to get paid, and indeed I didn't get paid until the next task had appeared on the app. I could only assume that they were waiting for another round of cash to come in to pay people for the previous task.

Aye... since I joined I have found the payouts to be painfully slow, but they did come!, but this all sounds fishy, when clearly they aren't going to accept tasks by making them impossible to complete.

Im in Birmingham, & the nearest jobs are 45+miles away, & all the same job! It's been the same for over a week now, no matter what time I check the app.

That's Streetspotr for you. Sometimes there are months and months with no jobs, and then you'll find that you can earn £3/400 in a week and then it goes quiet again for ages.

I'm intrigued now.

I was writing a blog post on Field Agent and while I was checking their twitter page I noticed they'd replied to Robin Shuker, who lists in his bio as being Head of Customer Experience at FieldAgentUK. However he is/was also Managing Director at Streetspotr UK.

;D

I've never had any work from Streetspotr or Clic and Walk, nor Streetbees or Yoobic. There are jobs on there sometimes, but usually it is something like 5 or 6 in the whole country! Worth keeping them on though I suppose, just in case :)

Definitely worth keeping and having a wee look at daily.. Yoobic does have some great jobs.. clic n walk I have tried jobs but found them just too intensive for the money...streetspotr has some well paid jobs on it but I find they are making the photo tasks impossible to complete hence rejecting (I feel this is very fishy) Streetbees again gets a few jobs now and again

Hi [member=2821]mabozza[/member], yeah, I absolutely agree. That is what I do, because I've been doing it long enough now to see the topsy turvy nature of it month to month. For instance, earned a ton from Roamler last six weeks, but hardly anything this month. You mentioned on another thread that you had 10 apps for this sort of thing? I have BeMyEye, Roamler, Streetbees, Yoobic, Clic and Walk, Streetspotr, Task 360, Field Agent, AppJobber. What are the other two you have if you don't mind me asking?
