My darling daughter went for an interview this morning for a job at a spa that she has been wanting to work at for years. She got half way home and got a call to say that she's got the job :)

Was told this little story today, probably untrue, but it certainly made me laugh...

A 75-year-old man walked into a crowded doctors waiting room and approached the desk. The receptionist said, 'Yes sir, what are you seeing the Doctor for today?'
'There's something wrong with my willy', he replied.
The receptionist became irritated and said, 'You shouldn't come into a crowded waiting room and say things like that.'
'Why not, you asked me what was wrong and I told you,' he said.
The Receptionist replied; 'Now you've caused some embarrassment in this room full of people. You should have said there is something wrong with your ear or something, and discussed the problem further with the Doctor in private.'
The man replied, 'You shouldn't ask people questions in a roomful of strangers if the answer could embarrass anyone.
The man then decided to walk out, waited several minutes, and then re-entered.
The Receptionist smiled smugly and asked, 'Yes??'
'There's something wrong with my ear,' he stated.
The Receptionist nodded approvingly and smiled, knowing he had taken her advice. 'And what is wrong with your ear, Sir?'
'I can't pee out of it,' he replied.
The waiting room erupted in laughter.

I came across a competition on Brastop earlier asking you to tell them why you loved your curves in at least 200 words for a chance to win £100.

Cue me writing a naughty poem about my assets which had me chuckling to myself for ages :)

I just hope they have a sense of humour!

Just been moving money around, setting up a new savings account, etc. and realised I've managed to put £1500 into savings since the beginning of this year thanks to this site (mostly from uTest). Plus I have over £2000 sat in my MB bankroll which I haven't started taking profit from yet (I'll probably start taking 50% out of the profits each month to put into savings).

I did a balance transfer at the beginning of the year of around £3000 so I could already pay that off if I wanted to, although I'm planning to leave it in savings for a while and keep my MB bankroll.

And an extra bonus from yesterday, HMRC finally sorted my tax out so my tax code should be back to normal next month :)

[member=2509]The Reverend[/member] The comp closes at the end of the month. If I haven't heard that I've won after a few weeks, I'll post it on my blog for everyone to enjoy ;)
