Hi, If I earn say £20 online and the website says there's a 2% PayPal fee and I receive £19.60 in my paypal, but it says £0 fee, do I have to declare the total as £20 or £19.60

I personally declare the £20 + then the 2% as a fee from that website for my cahsout.

Even if it shows £0 fee of PayPal?

So for example, if I withdrew a £15 Amazon Voucher from Valued Opinions for £15.50 I'd put the 50p as an expense?

Originally I would have thought I'd just put the 50p (or 40p from the original question) as it's not my money until it's in my pocket.

It isn't your money in your pocket but you have earned it then been charged it to receive your money.
