Only visible to users that completed a screener... special task.. you get sent shelf displays... go into tesco stores place them on a shelf and fill with existing stock.. they have to be completed between today and sunday nice easy well paid task.. i booked 20 around Glasgow but wont be able to complete unless the courier company finds the shipment they lost and then finds my home address (that every major carrier can find no problem)

How was your email on the LOA? Was it a print off of an email with the LOA? there is a contact address on the LOA vapesurvey@task360.co.uk
I dont think T360 pays for non completions on this because of the high volume of tasks refused (may be wrong though) i havent tried to submit any that refused just abandoned it..but you dont try you dont get.. as for Vaporized yeah dont bother with any their branches just a wasted journey

Wow that was a good read there.

These type of tasks are a bit of nuisance but keep at it.

would like do some more of these tasks but they close quite early

This guy wont give up lol.
    "
I had already copied this information to the vape survey email address and the 360 website.
You Personally obtained no permission to conduct any survey on our premises.

As such I have taken advice and intend to pursue this matter under Scottish Law and the Data Protection Act. I will be also contacting Trading Standards regarding your method of operation.

I require that you specifically contact me directly with an undertaking not to pass on any information you obtained during your uninvited and unauthorised visit to our Company premises to any third party.

In addition I require a full disclosure to myself of the information you obtained and any records that you have made obtained from your unauthorised actions.

I expect you to comply with this requirement today 12th Oct 2017."

    My reply:
"ok, let me set you straight here Hamish.

The information was supplied by your employee, the questions were general questions that a normal shopper would have asked, therefore if there is a violation of data then your employee is liable for the breach, i imagine you are signed up with the ICO? And your staff are trained accordingly?
Can you inform me of the year of the DATA Protection Act and also the the particular paragraph that you feel i have violated here? For your email to be legal to trading standards you need to quote both these dates and paragraphs to make a complaint, but you knew that already?

Also can you quote where i have broken scottish law?, once again i need the ACT that has been broken and any other paragraphs.

As for trading standards, i had a Letter of authority from Task360 to conduct market research on behalf of thier client.
Should you still wish to contact trading standards you are now obliged to include me in all correspondence that you have with them and forward onto me via this email address any information that they send you, this ensures that you are making factual allegations, this request in made under the freedom of information act, should you decide to not include me in this correspondence then i would have to begin a civil action.

i have also been in contact with TASK360 and they have said they have contacted you already about this case.

Thank you for your reply and concern and i in return expect an answer before close of play today 12/10 with regards the ACTS that have been broken."

To use a popular Glaswegian vernacular "Gerrintaethem"! But seriously... i would end dialogue with this muppet.. let him moan at T360... you are tasked with doing the job on behalf of T360.. this muppet should know to complain to the company not the worker... be like someone finding a hair in their big mac asking the servers private email address to send a moan to... i still dont see why your email addy was on the LOA unless you printed off an email the LOA was sent in...for safety always print off any LOA direct from the pdf file..never show anything with personal info... better to be safe than hassled.

Has anyone done the Now tv tasks? What are the shelf fillers like? Mine has now been found but my 20 shops worth is apparently a half ton pallet?

Done 2 so far. Couldn't place the shelf filler in the second store as the shelf was half the size of the promotional material! It was a tiny Tesco without a single shelf big enough! Hope I still get paid as having a rubbish day!!

Ahh every single one i did that HAD a trading end 3 was same, you need to go to CS and get someone to come and enlarge the gap where the Now tv boxes are... I had one shop that they refused to alter the shelf but it still got accepted

Yeah I asked them to. But the actual shelves themselves weren't long enough! Hopefully I will still get paid though as you say!

Oh not long enough! all mine were right length, but, had to lift the height up a bit in every one.... In shops that had no Trading end 3 i replaced the pink filler that would be in the main TV section

They didn't even sell tvs in this one! I suspect it shouldn't have been on the list. Every other tesco I've gotten is huge. I reckon t360 messed up. I'm hoping though that given I've now got an extra box I can do another store tomorrow

Had all my nowtv installations approved! Whoop. Done some pharmacy tasks today. Despite the LOA I still had to speak to the area manager to get approval...
