I'm trying to do the CHOICES_PAIRS_1 and it says:' the window in which you complete this study needs to be sized at least 1200x800px. We have detected that it is currently smaller than this. If you are able to enlarge your window, please do so now then refresh this page. Otherwise, unfortunately you will not be able to complete the study on this device.'

I've increased the window to full screen and set the resolution higher than is asked for - it still doesn't work! Anyone else got the same problem?

Well, I messaged the researcher and got a message back to maximise my screen, which I'd already told him that I had. He then replied again and told me that there is a difference between full screen and maximised and that I had to hit F11 so that my toolbars were hidden. Yes, baby noo noo, that's what I've been doing lol.

I told him there must be a gremlin in the system, as my settings exceeded his requirements and the study still wouldn't work.

He then said that if that if the maximising didn't help then he's sorry but I can't participate in the study.

Have you tried opening the survey in a different browser? I've just been doing it in Safari and have had no problem.

I tried chrome and FF, neither worked.

I tried 3 different browsers too & still was the same. I messaged & just got a reply...
"I'm sorry youre experiencing this problem. I've relaxed the conditions slightly as a couple other of participants have reported similar issues. If you would like to try refreshing again, please do so now."
I'd already returned the study a while ago but hopefully all will be ok for others now.
