Instagram posting to personal rather than business page

Ok first off I hate Instagram so deleting it wont be a massive issue for me if I cant fix this, but I do appreciate its value when it comes to promotion so willing to give it a shot.

I have a business facebook page and a business Instagram linked to it, all the settings appear correct, its linked to the business page rather than my personal one, its set up as a business account and the share settings are set to the business page. It has been working correctly before today and i haven't changed any settings. For some reason today it has started posting to my personal facebook page which I absolutely do not want, I keep my business away from my personal page 100%. I was wondering why suddenly a few of my facebook friends had followed me on Instagram but have never shown an interest in my business page, perhaps the two are related? Does anyone know how to fix this or what might be wrong? I am not able to use Instagram until this is fixed because I do not want the posts on my personal page

I would suggest disconnecting it and then using IFTTT (website) to run an applet to post it to your business page.

I had this problem too.
I ended up just posting separately I couldn't get them to link correctly! :'(

If any one knows how to fix this I am interested too!! ;D

I had problems getting it set up to post to the business page originally, but it did work after a while then just randomly stopped and started posting to my personal page its really annoying because I have no interest in Instagram for personal use whatsoever and I really don't want to annoy my friends with a load of business stuff. I kinda think if my friends are interested in my business they will like the business page, if they don't then it means they clearly don't want to see the business stuff. I might just delete Instagram, I haven't had that much success with it anyway since I very rarely remember to even use it and I'm not the type of person who naturally likes to take loads of photos.

I'm having this same problem now on the iPhone, it can be extremely embarrassing!

I complained to Instagram via one of their recommended posts on facebook and they gave me some big long response that I didn't really understand which is hard since I'm such a tech geek but it basically boiled down to removing Instagram completely and starting again which I really cant be bothered with so I have just stopped using it

Can you just download the app and reinstall?

I see a lot of people posting only about 'shadowing' in Instagram and them being unable to use hashtags!
