Finally had a response from Appen re Newhalen. As it stands it is definitely over. We will receive a notification in the future if it comes back again :(

Gah, I know it wasn't much, but every little helps at the minute. My other sources of income seem drier than the Sahara. I have been accepted on to a few projects with Appen and then just not heard anything else, even after passing tests. Wish it was all a bit more regular

I guess no one has heard any more about Newhalen then? I raised a ticket 11 days ago but not had a response and they are normally pretty quick. I did have a couple of general contract extension emails but nothing about Newhalen. Wish they'd just tell us it was gone if so.
