@katykicker Googling auto refreshers for Safari brings up a couple of extensions. One is the 'safari tab reloader for Mac'. Don't know if that is any help to you? I am guessing you mean for a Mac?
The second one is the 'Auto Refresh in Safari' but some people are asking how to Disable this, so not sure if it is a bad one?

So far have been using it for just over 6 weeks, and earned £64.04 which isn't too bad. Was lucky enough to snag the £10 one that showed up yesterday too, it was approved within a few hours too. Haven't had any issues so far with submissions not being accepted.

@Cas - Did you download the app to your Chrome browser? If not, download it. Once it's downloaded:
- click on the blue VisualPing icon on the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
- select 'Browser'
- choose the time interval you want (how regularly you want the app to check the page you've chosen)
- then select 'Start Monitoring'.
It will then notify you with a ping every time there's a change to the page it's monitoring.

I wonder if anyone else has encountered this before.
So on prolific academic we have what is called a prolific ID. I always copy and paste this in to the relevant box as prompted in the studies.
But sometimes ( and this has happened twice now in the last month, including today) it tells me I haven't entered a valid number. So I go back to my prolific account, re-copy the ID, try again and the same thing happens. I email the researcher and they think I haven't copied it correctly. I email prolific themselves and they say the same. I also wrote my ID down and added it that way and it was still incorrect!
I don't have a clue why this is but for some reason, some studies don't like my ID. Am I alone?

Yep happened to me too on that one so I messaged her and ended it without completing. It won't be a problem with the ID but they've maybe set it up for a numerical value. If everyone else has the same problem, she'll end up cancelling the studying and reissuing it. Isn't really worth putting much time into as it was only worth 84p so if it reappears, I'll fill it in. If not, nevermind.
Let's hope she sorts this one out then. The one from the other week though, the study accepted my friend's ID on the same one. Very strange

I wonder why? I'm not screen shotting my FB posts to a stranger for a few pennies! It sort of defeats the object of being kept as an anonymous number and turns you into a traceable person.
I had to start it and then return it to get it off my list as it was interfering with my page monitor - I wondered why I hadn't had any studies for a while.
